About This Role
iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced, motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist in our Manila, Philippines office. Our work environment is fast-paced, with a collaborative atmosphere. The role of the Global Business Center (GBC) Talent Acquisition Specialist is to support iRhythm's recruitment lifecycle for our high volume driven roles by conducting phone screens with candidates, selecting and rejecting candidates, negotiating, preparing and managing offers, requisition maintenance, and staying up to date on hiring demand and goal attainment.
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process required to support the hiring needs of the business.
- Regularly work on a high volume of requisitions and related recruiting tasks.
- Build and maintain relationships with TA Partners and Coordinators and key stakeholders.
- Follow and complete recruiting tasks, planned objectives, and tracking and reporting requirements.
- Understand the hiring demand and recruiting metrics to accurately assess the effectiveness of the current process and the status of hiring goal attainment.
What We Need To See
- At least 3 years of experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition with high volume roles.
- Experience meeting time to fill, quantity, quality, and internal hiring .
- Experience in recruiting using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) .
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with others
- Ability to multitask and bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively across multiple departments and levels
- Ability to work within a highly dynamic culture, comfortable with ambiguity, and rapidly shifting priorities
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Suite, specifically, Outlook and Word, with the ability to learn required business systems
