Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment — from sourcing candidates and screening resumes to coordinating interviews and facilitating hiring decisions.
  • Handle administrative and operational tasks such as scheduling meetings, updating employee databases, and preparing reports.
  • Provide executive support to senior leaders, ensuring smooth coordination across business operations.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and HR-related initiatives.
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding active hiring updates and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with management to strengthen internal processes, support employee engagement, and foster professional development within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or HR coordination (required)
  • Experience working in a remote setup (required)

  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
