General Description

We are seeking a French Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience — in both English and French. This role requires strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to recruit for various positions across technical, administrative, and creative roles.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery calls and collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and team structures. Advise clients on recruitment strategies, market trends, and salary benchmarks.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

  • Draft and post job advertisements in both English and French across multiple platforms.

  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, language proficiency, and role fit.

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Support employer branding initiatives and promote company values to prospective candidates.

  • Maintain recruitment data, reports, and applicant tracking system (ATS) records.

  • Collaborate with hiring teams to understand job requirements and recruitment timelines.

  • Ensure a positive, inclusive, and professional candidate experience throughout the process.

  • Communicate effectively with French-speaking candidates, clients, and stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR — preferably in a bilingual or international environment.

  • Fluent in French and English (both written and verbal).

  • Experience using recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport across cultures.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions at once.

  • Proactive approach to sourcing and candidate engagement.

  • Familiarity with labor market trends and best practices in recruitment.

Preferred:

  • Experience in BPO, shared services, or multinational recruitment environments.

  • Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques.

  • Background in employer branding, social media recruiting, or talent marketing.
