Marketing Staff

Job Summary:

The Marketing Staff is responsible for supporting the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services. The role involves assisting in campaigns, events, content creation, market research, and coordination with the sales team to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content.
  • Create and manage content for various digital platforms
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Manage and update the company's social media accounts and website content.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, HR) to ensure marketing alignment.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and recommendations.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all platforms and activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge in graphic design or video editing is a plus.
