MARKETING STAFF FOR ACTIVATIONS AND EVENTS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning and Execution: Develop event concepts, themes, and messaging, coordinate with vendors and contractors, manage event logistics (venue selection, setup, schedules, timelines), and oversee all aspects of event execution.
  • Promotional Activations: Assist in the planning and execution of brand activations, including kiosk events, in-store promotions, and other consumer engagement activities.
  • Budget Management: Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure all activities are cost-effective.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with various vendors/suppliers, third party providers and manpower needed, to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors to ensure clear expectations and address any concerns.
  • Post-Event Evaluation: Evaluate the success of events and activations, compile feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on event performance, budget utilization, and other relevant metrics.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all events and activations align with the overall brand strategy and marketing objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in events management and planning is necessary but not required
  • Highly trainable and can work under immense pressure
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Budget management and cost control skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in event planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
