Join the dynamic team at NORTH TREND MARKETING CORPORATION as our Trade/Field Marketing Coordinator. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving our marketing strategies and ensuring the successful execution of our trade marketing initiatives across the Visayas region.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Trade Marketing & Field Execution (60%)

  • Lead the rollout of trade activations, dealer programs, in-store campaigns, and retail branding
  • Organize and manage events including product launches, brand caravans, and customer engagement activities
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for production, delivery, and setup of materials
  • Ensure timely implementation of marketing programs aligned with brand standards and sales objectives
  • Support sales team with marketing needs and tools for field and account execution
  • Monitor in-store execution and submit field activity reports with photos and observations
  • Assist in territory coverage planning and coordination with area sales representatives Reporting & Administrative Support (40%)
  • Track marketing activity results, sales uplift, and cost efficiency for each campaign
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards in Excel for internal alignment and management review
  • Manage marketing inventory and facilitate procurement of materials, giveaways, and event needs
  • Monitor budget utilization and ensure accuracy of supplier billings and documentation
  • Coordinate with finance, procurement, and admin teams for smooth project support and compliance
  • Handle document routing, DTI, ASC permits, and internal approvals for activations and promotions

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a trade marketing or similar role within the FMCG or automotive industry
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to inform strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with trade partners and cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in the use of marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems and data analysis platforms
  • Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willing to travel within the Visayas area
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
