Responsibilities:

Marketing & Business Development

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to grow market share and boost sales.
  • Research consumer behavior, market trends, and competitors to guide promotional strategies.
  • Support sales activities through creative marketing programs and materials.
  • Plan and oversee company participation in trade shows, events, and professional associations.
  • Manage marketing budgets and maintain partnerships with outside agencies.
  • Provide market insights for product development and new business opportunities.

HR & Administrative Support

  • Assist with HR documentation, employee records, and benefits processing.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Provide general administrative assistance and coordination as needed.

Pay: Php14, Php20,000.00 per month
