Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- With experience in both marketing and HR/admin tasks is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital marketing tools.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
Marketing & Business Development
- Develop and implement marketing plans to grow market share and boost sales.
- Research consumer behavior, market trends, and competitors to guide promotional strategies.
- Support sales activities through creative marketing programs and materials.
- Plan and oversee company participation in trade shows, events, and professional associations.
- Manage marketing budgets and maintain partnerships with outside agencies.
- Provide market insights for product development and new business opportunities.
HR & Administrative Support
- Assist with HR documentation, employee records, and benefits processing.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Provide general administrative assistance and coordination as needed.

Pay: Php14, Php20,000.00 per month
