We are seeking an independent and driven Marketing Co-ordinator to provide essential support to the marketing team. The individual will be responsible for planning and executing patient engagement events, managing logistics, handling procurement processes, and coordinating digital content updates. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and helps deliver high-quality marketing and patient engagement activities that align with OncoCare's brand and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Event & Patient Engagement Support

· Assist in planning and executing patient engagement events, seminars, and workshops.

· Coordinate event logistics including venue booking, catering, transport, setup, and audiovisual arrangements.

· Manage event registration, attendee communication, and on-site support.

2. Administrative & Procurement Support

· Prepare and process purchase requests, quotations, and supplier documentation.

· Maintain vendor and supplier records, ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

· Track and manage marketing inventory such as brochures, giveaways, and display materials.

· Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing files.

3. Digital Content & Channel Management

· Assist in updating website and social media platforms with approved content.

· Coordinate with designers, agencies, and content creators to ensure timely posting of materials.

· Monitor social media engagement and compile basic performance reports.

4. Marketing Collateral & Brand Support

· Support production of patient education materials, brochures, and banners.

· Ensure all materials follow OncoCare brand guidelines and quality standards.

· Maintain organized archives of marketing assets for easy access and reuse.

5. Reporting & Coordination

· Provide logistical and administrative support for doctor engagement and partnership activities.

· Assist in compiling reports on event outcomes, patient engagement metrics, and campaign performance.

· Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

· 2+ years' experience in marketing coordination, events, or administrative support (healthcare experience a plus).

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital content management.

· Good communication skills and attention to detail.

· Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
