Job Summary: The Group People Manager will handle the day-to-day HR operationsand ensure the effective delivery of HR services across the organization, with a focuson employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance withHR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities within the organization.

  2. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain key resources.

  3. Administer employee relations programs and address grievances.

  4. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

  5. Implement performance management systems.

  6. Enhance human capital development policies and ensure that they are communicated and adhered to by all employees.

  7. Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR reporting.

  8. Support training and development programs in coordination with senior Group People Manager.

  9. Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  10. Actively participate in the certifications and compliance activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

  2. 5+ years of experience in HR, with 2+ years in a people-management role.

  3. Familiarity with HRIS and talent management systems.

  4. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

  5. Excellent leadership, coaching, interpersonal, and communication skills.

  6. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
