The
Manager - People Operations
will provide line management and leadership for the regional operations team. You'll ensure the team meet relevant targets, and adhere to SLAs and KPIs, deliver excellent operational support and compliance to processes.

What you'll be doing:

Leadership
:

• You'll ensure team members are clear on their responsibilities and the SLA's they should adhere to. Manage team to meet expected levels of service.
• You'll coach and develop team members through supervision during projects, delegate responsibility for specific tasks, and development of technical expertise.
• You'll analyze the team's workload and identify areas where this can be reduced. Drive actions to implement improvements as identified.

Operational Excellence
:

• You'll deliver an operational service that meets the expectations of internal customers aligned to recruitment operation processes.
• You'll build relationships & partnerships with key internal stakeholders.
• You'll proactively gather feedback on the delivery of recruitment operation services, acting on feedback ensuring issues are resolved and services improved.
• You'll act as escalation point for all recruitment operation cases, ensuring cases are resolved effectively & in a timely manner.
• You'll manage external supplier relationships that impacts service delivery.

Innovation
:

• You'll drive initiatives that improve process efficiencies and with the use of technology.
• You'll identify opportunities to augment process gaps aligned to continuous improvement.

Compliance
:

• You'll ensure team compliance on policies and procedures.
• You'll ensure completion of mandatory trainings and policy updates.

You'll need to demonstrate:

• You will be supporting the Americas region and work on a night shift schedule.
• You are someone who has strong operational management experience to drive performance and results.
• You bring diverse professional experience and perspectives to the role.
• You will lead and manage team performance and deliver on defined metrics.
• You're in charge of the ticketing systems and maintain operational efficiency.
• You must be willing to report onsite in Makati at least twice a week.
