What You'll Do
Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Assist customers with booking hotel rooms and managing reservations.

Process changes or cancellations in a timely manner.

Provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions.

Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in customer service or hospitality industry.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Proficient in using reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
