Reservation Associate

Job Description
- Responsible for ticketing flights and ensuring all customers parameters are met.
- Deal with customers complaints and answer questions regarding ticket and reservation
- Arranging reservation and routing for passengers by utilizing Sabre or Amadeus system to make the bookings for passengers
- Effectively communicating fares, policies and procedures to passengers by providing accurate information.
- Provide excellent customer service to guarantee repeat service and establish and maintain solid client relationship.
- Addressed phone and email inquiries as well as offer companies discount on travel packages.
- Assist passengers with special request like meals, seat preferences and mileage.
- Provides travel information and reservation to corporate, call-in, walk-in clients such as hotel, car booking, visas and immigration inquiry
- Guiding and supporting staff and keeping updated with relevant changes in the industry products and services,
- Participate in product update of different airlines and developmental training.
Job Qualification
- At least graduate of Bachelors/College Degree of Tourism or Hospitality
- Dependable, Independent thinker and Trust worthy
- With special knowledge and experience in Marine Travel
- Knowledgeable in Sabre and Amadeus
