Reservation Staff

Job Description:
The Reservation Staff is responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and management of travel arrangements for individuals or groups. This includes booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other transportation, ensuring travel itineraries meet client or company requirements, and providing support for any travel-related issues that arise. They must stay updated on travel policies, regulations, and best practices, offering advice and solutions to travelers while ensuring a seamless and efficient travel experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicating with our international network via email and calls
- Be able to communicate with client/s via emails, chat, and calls
- Data encoding
- Online Reservation Management
- Process bookings via email
- Monitor bookings schedules
- Invoice processing
- Virtual card payments process
- Oversee a team, ensuring adherence to schedules and processes
- Coach, mentor, and conduct team huddles if necessary.
- Handle escalations and complex customer issues, escalating to management as needed
Qualifications:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or any related field
- Knowledgeable in
- With 2–3 years of experience in hotel reservations using GDS systems (AMADEUS, SABRE, OSCAR, etc.)
- Proficient in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office Tools
- Flexible and adaptable, willing to work on various schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language (both written and verbal)
- Willing to work on-site in Makati City
