The Mission

As our Executive Partner, you'll protect the CEO's time, drive execution across the business, and build systems to support a company scaling at breakneck speed. You'll partner on scheduling, communications, and operations — and make sure nothing breaks along the way.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a right-hand operator to the CEO across scheduling, execution, and team coordination
  • Run the calendar with precision and intention — every minute should drive ROI
  • Mirror the CEO's tone, urgency, and logic across email and messaging
  • Track follow-ups, deadlines, and ownership across clients, vendors, and internal threads
  • Draft clear, action-oriented communications and decision summaries
  • Build and refine SOPs for scale, speed, and delegation
  • Identify gaps before they become problems — and close them proactively
  • Sit in on meetings and own next steps, action items, and follow-through

  • You've supported a founder, CEO, or executive in tech, finance, healthcare, or operations-heavy startups
  • You're fluent in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Asana, Slack, and Salesforce
  • You write clearly, speak directly, and operate at a fast-decision-making cadence
  • You thrive in operational chaos and see ambiguity as a creative challenge
  • You're known for high reliability, attention to detail, and the phrase "no cleanup required"
  • You want to grow — not just in title, but in scope, systems thinking, and ownership
