The BRANCH OPERATIONS HEAD is primarily responsible for the overall operations of Branch Operations, Cash Management, Centralized Clearing and Branch Support Services. Ensures all operations are in compliant to existing Bank Policies and Procedures, Government Rules and Regulations, particularly BSP and AMLA; and, fully meet Bank's Customer Satisfaction in servicing all their banking needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Branch Operations
  2. Talent Management
  3. Customer Service Functions
  4. Centralized Clearing Unit Management
  5. Cash Management Unit
  6. Administrative and other functions

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or any similar discipline is required for this position.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, or any similar discipline, is an advantage.
  • At least 5-10 years experience in Branch Banking Operations in a managerial capacity.

  • Strong ability to lead and manage teams.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong people and leadership skills;
  • Commendable customer service attitude
  • A teamplayer, organized and systematic
  • Strategic thinker and is able to make sound judgment and reasonable decisions
  • Computer literate
  • High sense of integrity and honesty; strong sense of commitment.
