Position Overview:

The Unit Head – Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales operations of the BPO and hotel unit, driving revenue growth, developing strategic client relationships, and overseeing the sales team. The role involves crafting and executing sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of both industries, ensuring targets are met or exceeded, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the BPO and hotel sectors to achieve organizational revenue goals.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and industry partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the BPO and hospitality sectors through market research and networking.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting both sectors.
  • Oversee the development of sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Address and resolve client issues or escalations promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and contractual obligations.

Qualification:
- Proven sales leadership experience in the BPO and hotel/hospitality industries.
- Strong understanding of BPO operations and hotel services.
- Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt sales strategies to industry dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
