DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Helps develop and execute sales strategies by closely coordinating with the head office through the immediate superior to identify key market segments and target customer groups, thereby meeting and surpassing branch-specific revenue targets.

Implements marketing campaigns tailored to local demographics by engaging with the head office and utilizing both digital and traditional platforms, to synchronize with the company's brand message and to raise awareness effectively within the branch's service area.

Make sure efficient retrieval of water samples and timely deliveries by the Sampler of the test results to maintain high customer satisfaction and foster long-term client relationships.

Ensures efficient and compliant laboratory operations by helping to conduct regular audits, enforcing quality controls, and maintaining equipment, coordinating with the head office for consistency in practices and procedures.

Refers to immediate superior concerns and issues that are beyond one's authority limits for proper resolution and generating support.

Directs administrative functions and integrates HR and accounting services by maintaining close communication with the head office, ensuring that these functions are performed in harmony with company policies and strategic objectives.

Performs HR functions by executing staff recruitment and retention strategies, performance management, and professional development, doing so in strict coordination with the head office to align with the company's human resource talent management strategies.

Oversees the accounting function by managing budgets, financial reporting, and invoicing in strict coordination with the head office, ensuring the branch's financial practices align with the company's financial strategies and compliance requirements.

Ensures the branch's technology infrastructure meets operational and security standards by working closely with head office IT personnel, facilitating an efficient, secure, and company-consistent technology use across the branch.

Compiles and delivers detailed performance reports by analyzing sales figures, laboratory throughput, and quality control data, doing so in close coordination with the head office to ensure that reporting standards, formats, and schedules are consistent with company requirements.

Creates a work environment where employees and leaders are inspired and engaged to do an excellent job in pursuit of work excellence. Implement employee discipline as necessary to maintain professionalism in the ranks.

Performs other duties and responsibilities or projects which may be assigned by the Branch Operations Manager, and makes sure they are executed or implemented by the Coop's work culture and standards.
