The Opportunity

We are seeking exceptional individuals to join our dynamic team as Call Center Agents. This exciting role offers the opportunity to be part of a leading global hospitality company, GLOBAL HOSPITALITY PLACEMENT AGENCY PHILIPPINES CORPORATION', located in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. No prior BPO experience is required, and we are offering a generous signing bonus of 30,000 PHP to the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide outstanding customer service and support to our valued clients
  2. Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
  3. Demonstrate a strong commitment to problem-solving and find creative solutions to customer issues
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our call centre operations
  6. Uphold the company's brand image and provide a positive customer experience

What We're Looking For

  1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
  2. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  4. Attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset
  5. Willingness to learn and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  6. Prior experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred, but not required
