About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Call Center Agents for our airline accounts. This full-time position is based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, and offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing exceptional customer service to our airline clients through inbound and outbound calls
  2. Handling customer inquiries, bookings, and reservations with efficiency and professionalism
  3. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
  6. Participating in training and development programs to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  1. A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs
  6. Familiarity with call center operations and customer service software (preferred, but not required)
