About the Role

The
Corporate Recruiter – BPO Support Hiring
is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for non-agent and support roles in a BPO/Shared Services environment. This includes sourcing and hiring for roles such as Workforce Management, Reporting & Analytics, Training, Quality, HR, Finance, IT, and Operations Support. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely fulfillment of roles while delivering a seamless and professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO support functions (WFM, QA, Training, Reporting, HR, Finance, IT, etc.).
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and Operations leaders to understand role requirements, skill sets, and hiring timelines.
  • Execute proactive sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn recruiter searches, talent pooling, referrals, and passive candidate outreach.
  • Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess skill level and culture fit.
  • Facilitate interview scheduling, stakeholder alignment, offer discussions, and pre-boarding.
  • Maintain candidate records, interview evaluations, and pipeline status in ATS or recruitment trackers.
  • Provide regular recruitment dashboards and pipeline updates to stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for recurring support positions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and hiring policies.
  • Represent the company in recruitment campaigns, events, and branding activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment with at least
    1–2 years handling corporate/support hiring for BPO or Shared Services
    .
  • Demonstrated success in hiring mid-level roles (Analyst, Senior Analyst, Team Lead, Supervisor, Manager).
  • Strong sourcing background using job boards, social media, and direct search (LinkedIn is a must).
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-demand, timeline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with ATS and recruitment dashboards/reporting.
