Logistics and Operations Manager

Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all logistics and operations activities.
- Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain processes and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor performance KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transport partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead and mentor logistics and operations staff to achieve team goals and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years' experience in logistics, warehouse, and operations management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and distribution processes.
- Experience in team leadership, process improvement, and KPI monitoring.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with logistics software and ERP systems is a plus.
Preferred:
- Experience in FMCG or large-scale distribution operations.
