Job Description

  • Responsible for establishing and operating FB Group/Messenger/Viber/WhatsApp/Discord group system and rules, hierarchical management (normal/core/VIP)
  • Design group activities (welfare day, Q & A, task system), host rhythm and topics, and improve group activity and retention
  • Set up, group moderator/moderator, system and SOP, handle risks and public opinion
  • Open up the community → App/community conversion path (welfare coupons, exclusive tasks, appointment/room organization), and precipitate user relationships
  • Lead the team (including specialists) to achieve goals and produce monthly reviews and user insights

Qualifications:

  • More than 3 years of experience in cybertribe operations, with team management and strategy development skills; fluent in English, plus points for speaking Tagalog
  • Strong execution and service awareness, good at gameplay design and user insight, strong ability to withstand pressure and collaborate across teams
