Oversee and continuously improve end-to-end logistics operations—including warehousing, inventory control, and distribution—to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and compliant importation and supply chain management for motorcycles and related products.

  • Oversee end-to-end logistics operations for imported motorcycles, encompassing warehousing, order fulfillment, packaging, loading, and distribution, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules and quality benchmarks.
  • Formulate and manage the logistics budget, conducting regular cost tracking and performance analysis across transportation, warehousing, and third-party services to achieve financial efficiency.
  • Manage partnerships with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and warehouse operators, ensuring service-level compliance and continuous improvement in operational performance.
  • Guarantee compliance with global trade regulations, safety protocols, and customs documentation standards governing vehicle importation and storage.
  • Lead inventory control initiatives—including cycle counts and annual audits—analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions to minimize losses and enhance accuracy.
  • Streamline warehouse operations by optimizing layout, workflow, and manpower utilization to maximize capacity and productivity.

  • Administer and maintain transport permits, vehicle certifications, and shipping documentation to ensure seamless customs clearance and regulatory compliance.

  • Bachelor's Degree holder

  • At least 7-10 years of experience logistics – primarily in importation
  • Experience in dealing with BOC, Bill of Lading, computation of taxes, transport permits, regulatory compliance, etc.
  • Experience in automotive industry – preferably in foreign or European brands
  • Business minded
  • Can lead, train and mentor a team
  • Willing to work on-site in BGC

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
