Strategic Logistics Planning and Execution

  1. Develop and implement the company's logistics and supply chain strategies to support business objectives.

  2. Optimize transportation and distribution networks for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  3. Establish strong relationships with logistics providers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

  4. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to improve logistics operations.

  5. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers and distribution centers.

Team Leadership and Performance Management

  1. Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team to achieve operational excellence.

  2. Establish clear performance metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of logistics initiatives.

  3. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team.

  4. Conduct regular logistics meetings and provide updates to executive leadership.

  5. Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and retain top logistics talent.

Operational and Compliance Management

  1. Oversee warehouse, transportation, and fleet management to ensure efficiency.

  2. Ensure compliance with company policies, logistics procedures, and industry regulations.

  3. Manage logistics budgets, forecasting, and cost control measures.

  4. Implement safety protocols to minimize risks and workplace incidents.

Utilize logistics software and data analytics to track and improve performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
