Flight Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and Manage Flight Operations:
Plan, monitor, and coordinate all trip logistics—including flight itineraries, permits, slots, fueling, and ground handling—to ensure safe, compliant, and on-time operations.Deliver Exceptional Client Service:
Act as the primary liaison with clients, providing accurate updates, handling special requests, and ensuring service excellence throughout the trip lifecycle.Collaborate Across Teams and Partners:
Work closely with internal teams (Dispatch, Fuel, Flight Status) and external providers (handlers, authorities, suppliers) to guarantee seamless communication and efficient service delivery.Monitor and Resolve Operational Issues:
Track flights in progress, identify potential delays or risks, and take proactive corrective actions to maintain service quality and minimize disruptions.Ensure Compliance and Continuous Improvement:
Follow Jetex procedures, uphold safety and regulatory standards, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to operational efficiency and client satisfaction metrics.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
