As we scale across the UAE, Philippines, and emerging markets, we're building a world-class commercial team to deepen industry credibility, expand professional networks, and position PopAI as a trusted partner in enterprise AI adoption across BPOs, shared services, fintech, e-commerce, and other complex operations.Role OverviewThe Lead Generation Specialist (LGS) reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and drives top-of-funnel growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential enterprise clients. This role is central to building a high-quality lead pipeline, supporting sales executives with appointments, and ensuring sustained engagement through targeted outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate is data-driven, proactive, and experienced in lead generation, sales development, or B2B prospecting across multiple industries.Key Responsibilities● Lead Identification and Generation: Research and identify potential clients through market analysis, online databases, social media, and industry events. Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, cold calling, and digital tools. Add 350–400 new leads per month to the CRM to maintain a robust pipeline.● Appointment Scheduling: Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline.
