Billing Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible in preparation and issuance of Statement of Accounts (SOA)
- Provides accurate data through clients' aging report
- Prepares Notice of Cancellation for clients with delayed payments
- Prepares Statement of Accounts for any transactions
- Provides calculations on special payment terms, inquiries and disputes
- Monitors receipts of the return cards and files it on the client's folder
MUST HAVE:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and detailed oriented person
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
- No work experience required
- Position is for permanent/full time position and must be available to start immediately
