We are seeking a Project-Based Accounting Billing Assistant to support our finance team. The ideal candidate has solid experience in billing, accounts receivable, and general accounting, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This is a project-based role with an opportunity for promotion to a probationary employee based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices to clients.
  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure prompt collection.
  • Perform billing reconciliations and address discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve billing concerns.
  • Maintain organized and accurate billing records and documentation.
  • Generate and review billing and AR reports as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of work experience in billing, accounts receivable, or general accounting.
  • Strong understanding of billing processes, invoicing, and reconciliation.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/billing systems.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Not open for fresh graduates — prior billing or accounting experience is required.
