Sales Engineer

This position required to develop a prospective client/project through cold calling, networking, social media, and walk-in sales. To prepare quotation by verifying the client's requirements through a meeting, providing documents, and survey of a site. Negotiating/closing a contract. Coordinating/managing an order of Elevator/Escalator to the factories and sharing necessary information with related departments.
Commission:20k-50k Commission Per unit sold + various high commission
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities, evaluate customer's needs, making potential clients lists
· Planning own sales activity to achieve a target given
· Seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, walk-in sales, and any method.
· Going on a business trip as needed.
· Setting up an appointment/meeting with potential clients
· Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on product or service
· Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
· Preparing a quotation by verifying the client's requirements through a meeting, providing documents and a survey of a site
· Taking a product quotation from factories based on the client's requirements.
· Preparing proposal price considering product price from factories and local cost.
· Negotiating/closing a contract
· Checking/preparing contract document
· Coordinating/Managing an order of Elevator\Escalator to factories
· Coordinating an authorized shop drawing with a client (for order)
· Monitoring a payment from a client and collecting a payment by cooperating with the accounting team
· Coordinating to issue a performance bond (if any)
· Sharing information with related departments in order to achieve a project smoothly.
· Reporting a plan/action/result/problem exactly on your all duties to a superior/company

Requiring skills and experience
· Experience (over 2 or 3 years) with new development sales in the construction industry.
· Fresh graduate are encourage to apply as well.
· Strong planning and highly motivated to accomplish/be committed to a goal.
· Good ability to take action and tough negotiation.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
· Graduate of Bachelor of Business another bachelor course can be acceptable)
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel Skills and knowledge in other MS Applications such as MS Word and PowerPoint
· Basic verbal and written communication abilities across levels of an organization
· Able to negotiate, establish, and process contracts.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
· Accurate and precise attention to details
· Able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
· Good health and Stress resistant
