As we expand our footprint in the Philippines, we sincerely invite Sales Engineers with backgrounds in refrigeration or HVAC and a strong understanding of the local business environment to join us. Candidates should have at least three years of B2B sales experience, capable of independent client development and project execution. The company will provide comprehensive training and robust technical support.

I. Qualifications
- male or female, with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
- Educational Background: Associate degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration/HVAC, Building Environment, Energy Management, Electrical Engineering, or Marketing.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant industry sales experience; candidates with refrigeration equipment, cold chain, or industrial product sales experience preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards or cold storage engineering processes is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of basic refrigeration system principles (e.g., chillers, refrigerant technology); ability to read technical drawings (CAD proficiency preferred).
- Personal Competencies: Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills; highly self-driven, result-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced work environments. Capable of independently developing clients, securing projects, and delivering technical and commercial proposals. Familiarity with the Philippine market and existing client resources is an advantage. Knowledge of cold storage, cold chain equipment, or industrial refrigeration systems is highly desirable. Must be willing to travel on short business trips and committed to long-term development in Southeast Asia.
- Language Skills: Fluent English and Filipino (both written and spoken); strong cross-cultural communication skills and ability to integrate quickly into a diverse team.
II. Responsibilities
Client Development
Develop business opportunities in Philippine cold chain logistics and cold storage, central kitchens (chain restaurants, food processing, catering enterprises), commercial refrigeration (supermarkets, convenience stores, fresh produce & retail), and energy-saving retrofits (commercial complexes).
- Promote company cold chain solutions, refrigeration equipment, and EPC services, formulating and executing sales strategies and plans.
Expand business through client visits, trade shows, and referrals, and achieve sales targets.
Solution Design & Coordination
Conduct on-site research on client facilities, temperature control requirements, and workflows, and develop customized cold storage solutions.
Collaborate with the technical team for design, equipment selection, and quotation, driving contract negotiation and signing.
Project Execution
Follow up through design, production, and installation phases, coordinating progress between client and technical teams.
- Ensure delivery quality and promptly resolve implementation issues.
