MICO World is looking for a Business Development-The Philippines
The salary is USD/month
Competitive products are not limited. Social, live streaming is fine.
Bonus is paid quarterly, and the standard is 1 month's salary in each quarter as the base, and then it is determined according to the completion.
Business Development
Description:
- Recruit potential voice agencies & anchor & through online and offline channels, who will be partners on the platform, and develop relationships for a "Voice+" ecosystem.
- Establish and maintain key partnerships with agencies and anchors, and foster strong relationships with them.
- Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to promote the application, events, and users to support hosts and agencies.
- Conduct offline meetings with agencies and anchors to gather feedback, build relationships, and provide timely responses for improvement.
- Assist in the training, guidance, and daily management of the agency.
Requirement:
-Master, English
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in voice or live-streaming systems
-Possess rich resources of Filipino hosts and agencies.
-Have solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different people.
-Have a strong social media presence and knowledge.
-Understanding Chinese is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php46, Php58,000.00 per month
