This is a commission-only opportunity — ideal for a business-minded closer who wants to earn significantly from high-margin, fast-moving products with growing global demand.
You'll oversee the entire B2B lifecycle — from prospecting and negotiation to account growth and reorders. The right person combines sales instinct, operational follow-through, and international business sense to build long-term, profitable partnerships.

Your ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and qualify B2B opportunities across target sectors (bakeries, distributors, hospitality, events, private-label partners).
- Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline using research, outreach, and networking.
- Develop personalized contact strategies through email, LinkedIn, and direct engagement.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and consistent reorder volume.
- Represent MONÉGASQUE at relevant trade events and industry forums.
- Lead B2B sales initiatives for Amazon Business, wholesale channels, and export markets.
Catalog & Offer Management
- Maintain and update product catalogs, B2B pricing sheets, and presentation decks.
- Customize commercial proposals aligned with client goals and order volumes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to adapt visuals and messaging for different markets.
Deal Negotiation & Closing
- Handle the entire sales cycle, from first contact to closing and onboarding.
- Negotiate terms that maximize profitability while sustaining long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations for seamless order fulfillment.
Reporting & Strategy
- Track and report weekly lead activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
- Identify market trends and new distribution opportunities across regions.
- Work directly with leadership to refine pricing, packaging, and partnership strategy.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or International Trade (MBA a plus).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, export, or corporate account management.
- Skilled in negotiation, communication, and relationship management.
- Comfortable working with minimal supervision and full accountability.
- Experienced in using CRM tools, online prospecting, and productivity platforms.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — motivated by performance and opportunity, not micromanagement.
- Commission-only with high earning potential due to our strong product margins.
