About the Role
De Castro Consulting is looking for a
driven and dynamic B2B Sales Associate
to join our team of professionals. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, closing deals, and helping businesses grow. You'll be working with international clients, handling end-to-end sales—from prospecting and lead generation to appointment setting and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients through
lead generation and appointment setting - Build long-term relationships with
international corporate clients - Present and promote company services to key decision-makers
- Manage and grow your sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful onboarding
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities using CRM tools
Qualifications
- At least
2 years of sales experience
, preferably in a
B2B or corporate environment - Proven track record in
lead generation and appointment setting - Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Experience in handling
international clients
is a strong advantage - Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a
hybrid setup
(4 days WFH, 1 day onsite in Sampaloc, Manila) - Strong organizational and time management skills
