You'll connect with prospects through calls, texts, and emails — guiding them to the right classes or memberships and ensuring every person feels seen, supported, and excited to join the community.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with new leads via calls, texts, and emails — no cold calling required
  • Convert warm leads into trial bookings with authentic and personalized outreach.
  • Provide friendly support and guidance to help clients choose the right class or membership.
  • Follow up after trial sessions to nurture long-term memberships.
  • Keep track of all communication in the CRM and maintain organized records.
  • Collaborate with studio managers to align outreach and sales goals.
  • Share valuable feedback to improve marketing and lead quality.
  • Support pre-sales for new studio openings by driving awareness and sign-ups.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally in fitness or wellness.
  • Excellent English communication skills — clear, friendly, and professional.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple leads at once.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with Mindbody, Grasshopper, or similar CRM tools.
  • Background in fitness, Pilates, or boutique studio environments.
  • A love for connecting with people and helping them reach their goals.
