We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Support Assistant to join our growing team. Based remotely in the Philippines, this role supports our New Zealand-based sales team by assisting with administrative, CRM, and quoting tasks — freeing up our in-house team to focus on customer engagement and complex sales activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and format sales proposals and customer quotes using provided templates
  • Input and maintain customer data and activity records in the CRM system.
  • Liaise with remote plan take-off team to coordinate quote information
  • Assist with document preparation for tenders, projects, and follow-up emails
  • Track quote progress and flag follow-ups for the NZ-based sales team
  • Support internal reporting by compiling and updating quote/sales data
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the sales process

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
  • Excellent written English and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (or fast learner)
  • Confident with Microsoft Office / Google Docs / PDF editors
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet home workspace
  • Self-starter with high integrity and good time management
  • Previous experience in sales admin, coordination, or VA work preferred

Hours & Pay

30-40 hours per week (flexible between NZ business hours 7am–5pm NZT)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php400.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
