On a daily basis you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining our customer database and coordinating prospective leads in our CRM database
- Being the first point of contact on our phones
- Assisting with the coordination and implementation of our sales process, including verbal customer interactions to develop and build great working relationships
- Accurately and promptly processing and following up customer project and quote requests in a detailed and professional manner
- Scoping job resourcing requirements
- Receiving and responding to leads in a timely and professional manner
- Preparing, formatting, and sending quote proposals or formal customer documentation
- Following up on quotes with clients to ensure they are understood, actioned, and converted
- Navigating digital systems and productivity tools including Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Asana and operating system
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Exceptional English Communication Skills - Must be articulate, confident, fluent English and able to hold professional conversations with customers via phone and email — without relying on a script.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Administration/Sales - Familiarity with managing multiple tasks, customer handling, prioritising effectively, and working in a changing environment is required.
- Sales Support Experience - Experience in receiving and responding to leads fast and professionally. Experience preparing, formatting, and sending quote proposals or formal customer documentation. Ability to follow up with clients professionally to ensure quotes are understood, actioned and converted.
- Customer-Focused Attitude - A warm, helpful, and solutions-focused approach when dealing with customer inquiries. Someone who takes ownership of their work and sees themselves as part of the customer experience journey.
- Experience Working with Structured Processes, Checklists, and KPIs - Comfortable following established procedures and business processes/checklists. Experience using and meeting KPIs and manage time against daily/weekly deadlines.
- Strong Digital and Computer Skills - Must be confident navigating modern digital systems, CRM tools, and productivity software such as Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Asana, and operating system.
- High Attention to Detail & Process-Driven - Accuracy and consistency matter. You must demonstrate the ability to follow documented processes precisely and spot errors or inconsistencies before they become problems.
- Provide your own WFH set up + high speed internet access, dual screens, and noise cancelling headset
