Role Summary

The Marketing & Digital Engagement Specialist will be a pivotal support role within the Marketing team, helping maintain the brand's social media presence, coordinate marketing-admin functions, and ensure that our day-to-day marketing operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is organised, social media-savvy, with strong communication skills, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality or F&B environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, respond to and manage messages, comments and enquiries across the company's social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc).

  • Assist with the creation and scheduling of regular social media posts

    -Support the Marketing Manager with campaign logistics: organising assets, liaising with other departments (e.g., operations, F&B outlets), tracking deadlines.

  • Maintain and update marketing databases/spreadsheets (e.g., guest lists, influencer lists, content calendars).

  • Help coordinate promotional activities, events and partnerships (e.g., influencer outreach, venue collaborations).

  • Support the design and production of marketing collateral (print or digital material) – checking proofs, liaising with suppliers, tracking delivery.

  • Monitor and report basic social metrics (engagement, message response times) and flag trends or issues to the Marketing Manager.

  • Assist with ad hoc marketing administrative duties: arranging meetings, managing invoices/expenses, keeping records of budgets.

  • Work across internal teams (operations, customer service, outlets) to ensure timely and accurate responses to social media enquiries, and escalate issues as needed (e.g., guest complaints).

  • Maintain brand voice and standards in all communications to ensure consistency and quality.

Requirements and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).

  • 3–5 years' experience in a marketing support role, preferably within F&B, hospitality, retail, or consumer brands and lifestyle

  • Strong familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, possibly TikTok, LinkedIn) and experience replying to comments/messages in a timely, friendly and professional manner.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and any additional language relevant to your market is a plus).

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases.

-Basic understanding of social media metrics and willingness to learn more about analytics.

  • Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders (marketing team, operations, outlet staff).

  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves when needed.
