Join a high-performing Governance, Risk & Compliance team as an Analyst – Operational Resilience. In this role, you'll help strengthen business continuity and resilience strategies across a leading global business. You'll play a key part in safeguarding essential operations, ensuring preparedness for disruptions, and maintaining stakeholder and regulatory confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Operational Resilience strategies to meet enterprise and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct continuous reviews of BCM and resilience plans using metrics, insights, and lessons learned to drive ongoing improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate operational vulnerabilities.

  • Support the governance framework for operational resilience, including documentation, reporting, and oversight deliverables.

  • Monitor internal and external factors to update the inventory of critical operations and associated dependencies.

  • Participate in detailed critical operations analysis — defining scope, mapping end-to-end processes, identifying material points of failure, and supporting remediation and testing.

  • Partner with operational owners and resilience programs (e.g., Third-Party Risk, Disaster Recovery) to ensure alignment and execution of action plans.

  • Assist in tracking and reporting KPIs/KRIs that measure operational resilience posture and progress.

  • Maintain and enhance Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) for both critical and non-critical processes, ensuring alignment with resilience objectives.

  • Facilitate and coordinate testing and simulation exercises to validate BCP effectiveness and readiness.

  • Support validation and exit planning for critical third-party relationships and test exit plan feasibility through scenario exercises.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years' experience in Business Continuity Management, Operational Resilience, or Risk Management in a global or complex environment.

  • Strong experience in risk and control assessments, process mapping, and scenario/simulation testing.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Strategy, or a related discipline.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work across functions and levels.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adhere to timelines, and report outcomes effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Wealth and Asset Management or Financial Services.

  • Familiarity with Archer, Info RM, Fusion, or other compliance and resilience tools.

  • Knowledge of financial services regulatory expectations related to operational resilience.

  • Experience working on cross-functional, high-impact programs with regulatory deliverables.
