The Project Manager – Applications and Infrastructure oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of projects involving enterprise applications, cloud or on-prem infrastructure, and related systems. This role works closely with developers, infrastructure engineers, business stakeholders, and vendors.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Project Planning & Initiation

Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

Creating detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

Identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies.

2. Team & Stakeholder Coordination

Leading cross-functional teams (developers, sysadmins, DBAs, network engineers).

Facilitating communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Conducting regular status meetings and stakeholder updates.

Application Project Management

Overseeing implementation, upgrade, or integration of enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, custom apps).

Coordinating testing (UAT, regression, performance) and deployment activities.

Ensuring applications meet business requirements and compliance standards.

4. Infrastructure Project Management

Leading infrastructure upgrades and deployments (servers, networks, storage, cloud).

Managing virtualization projects or cloud transformations.

Ensuring infrastructure meets security, availability, and performance standards.

Documenting Risk and Risk assignments to SMEs.

5. Vendor & Contract Management

Coordinating with external vendors, contractors, and consultants.

Evaluating proposals, managing SLAs, and track third-party performance.

Working with the head of IT to define budget requirements.

6. Resource Management

Developing and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control.

Allocating internal and external resources effectively.

Tracking and reporting on projects and project financials.

7. Monitoring & Reporting

Monitoring project progress using PM tools , Excel etc.).

Reporting status to PMO and executives through dashboards and presentations.

Adjusting project plans in response to risks or changes.

8. Quality Assurance & Governance

Ensuring all project deliverables follow change management and QA processes.

Adhering to internal governance frameworks, including compliance and security standards (e.g., ITIL, ISO, SOC 2).

Requirements:

Skills, Tools & Frameworks

Project Management Tool: MS Project,

Collaboration: MS Teams, SharePoint

Reporting: Power BI, Excel dashboards,

Methodologies: Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, Infrastructure as a Service. PMP, ITIL)

Strong communication and leadership

Risk and stakeholder management

Analytical and problem-solving mindset

Ability to translate technical details into business terms

Willing to work on a night shift schedule

Education:

Bachelor's degree in information systems or at least 5-7 years of experience in similar role

PMP Certification is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php180, Php200,000.00 per month
