Qualification:
- A graduate of BSBA Human Resource, Financial, Accounting related courses
- Preferably with 1-2 years experience with the end-to-end payroll process.
- Experience with Government benefits and contributions, Alpha List and 1601.
- Extensive knowledge of labor legislation.
- Knowledgeable enough with Timekeeping and Payroll
- Preferably with experience in Monthly rate.
- Can work under minimal supervision
- Responsible, punctual, and efficient
CAN START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of the monthly end to end payroll function
- Administering and calculating employee benefits, leave entitlements, commissions, or incentives including statutory awards, group benefits, termination payments
- Process payroll, including verifying timesheets, calculating employee benefits, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
- Assist with the integration, centralization, and standardization of the payroll process across the Group
- Ensures the operating manual procedures are reviewed and updated yearly and when necessary.
- Assist on other ad-hoc projects and tasks related to Payroll and HR as required
