Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and process payroll accurately and on schedule across assigned employees or branches.
  • Manage government contributions, loans, and statutory report submissions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Handle benefits administration including HMO enrollment, billings, and employee inquiries.
  • Prepare compensation reports, payroll summaries, and variance analyses for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations related to pay and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years experience in payroll, compensation, or benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of government mandates, statutory computations, and payroll processes.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HRIS or payroll systems (e.g., SAP, EBS, or similar).
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy in handling employee data.
