Key Responsibilities
- Administer and process payroll accurately and on schedule across assigned employees or branches.
- Manage government contributions, loans, and statutory report submissions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Handle benefits administration including HMO enrollment, billings, and employee inquiries.
- Prepare compensation reports, payroll summaries, and variance analyses for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations related to pay and benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years experience in payroll, compensation, or benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of government mandates, statutory computations, and payroll processes.
- Proficient in MS Excel and HRIS or payroll systems (e.g., SAP, EBS, or similar).
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy in handling employee data.
