HR Senior Associate
who has proven track record in IT Industry. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set, achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance. More details as below.

Job Title: HR Senior Associate

Work Mode: Hybrid, 2 days work from office in a week

Shift: Regular Ph shift, 9 AM – 6 PM

Location: Pasig City

Contract: 1 year

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; 5-6 years of related work experience

MUST have skills: Benefits and Leaves administration for PH region, Stakeholder and Vendor Management

Primary portfolio of Philippines (covering Payroll, Lifecycle, Benefits, Leave), with other APAC region experience is a plus

Strong Vendor management experience

Strong Stakeholder Management experience

Responsibilities:

Project Management

Operational Excellence -

Responsible for the knowledge base and HR Systems navigation to resolve employee and manager queries including Workday and HR library

Understands and executes on SLA and KPI's

COE Process Expertise -

Has an developed understanding of programs and COE processes

Able to answer COE type queries and guide line managers and employees to relevant information and escalates, if appropriate

Able to handle intermediate level COE process complexities

Life Cycle and System Updates -

Executes all Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee lifecycle change processes and additional Tier 2 processes, such as Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, standard reporting and LOA's
