Job Description
- Familiarity with government-mandated benefits systems and practices is a plus.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet government-mandated remittance processing deadlines.
- Can work effectively under extreme pressure with minimal supervision.
- Monthly Time Keeping Data validation and preparation of payroll (15th & 30/31st) Manage and process monthly government statutory payment
- Computes the approved government benefits of employees (Sickness, Maternity, etc.) processes advance payments, and secures reimbursement to respective government agencies
- Maintain knowledge of state and local payroll regulations and requirements to ensure compliance.
- Assists in audits and data preparations
- Examine, review, and interpret payroll accounting records to ensure accuracy.
- Review the benefit program of the Company and create proposals for improvement
- Validates and computes the final pay of exited employee
- Knowledge in monthly 1601 and alphalist.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HRDM, Psychology, Accounting, or any related courses
- At least 1 year of processing or similar
- Process Driven individual Highly Organized Uses clear and concise oral / written communication skills
- Able to gather and interpret diverse source documents to ensure proper accounting of more complex transactions
- Experience in handling HRIS and other payroll-related systems is a PLUS.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, specifically in MS Excel
- Willing to Work at 10 Evangelista Street, Santolan, Pasig City
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
