About the Role

We are seeking a
Compensation and Benefits Officer
who is well-versed in Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective employee support on compensation and benefits matters. This position plays a key role in maintaining employee trust and compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process accurate employee payroll on time.
  • Ensure compliance with
    SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
    laws and process contributions, loans, and reports.
  • Handle
    BIR registration, tax computations, and withholding tax filings
    .
  • Manage and monitor employee
    leave credits, attendance, and benefits programs
    .
  • Answer employee inquiries on salary, deductions, government benefits, and company policies.
  • Maintain and update
    payroll files and HRIS records
    with strict confidentiality.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management and government agencies.
  • Assist in policy implementation regarding compensation, benefits, and compliance with
    labor standards and DOLE regulations
    .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • At least
    1–2 years of experience
    in compensation and benefits, payroll, or HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Philippine labor laws
    and
    statutory benefits
    (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Proficient in
    MS Excel
    and familiar with HRIS or payroll software.
  • Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
