The Compensation & Benefits Manager (Vendor Management & Total Rewards Fulfillment Lead) is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of total rewards and benefits operations. This includes leading vendor management and governance, overseeing fulfillment operations, and supporting the implementation of total rewards strategies. The role ensures compliance with Philippine statutory requirements and internal HR policies while driving process excellence, digital integration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR, with at least 3 years focused on Compensation and Benefits or HR Shared Services.
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of Philippine government statutory benefits and taxation.
- Experience in process excellence and HR technologies (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
Skills:
- Strong analytical and Excel proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Management & Governance
- Lead the full vendor lifecycle, including selection, onboarding, performance review, renewal, and exit.
- Co-develop and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with all benefit providers.
- Implement vendor scorecards and conduct quarterly performance reviews.
- Partner with Procurement and Finance to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Drive process improvements and digital integration between vendors and Total Rewards Fulfillment (TR&F).
2. Fulfillment Operations Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day compensation and benefits fulfillment, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Manage escalation tickets from Tier 1 and Tier 2 support within defined SLAs.
- Audit and verify timekeeping and attendance reports.
- Collaborate with Finance on payroll-related policy and process improvements.
- Handle employee benefits administration, including HMO, GPA, and GLIP processes, ensuring SLA-driven resolution of benefit inquiries.
- Manage clearance, separation, and exit interview processes.
- Maintain accurate and digitized employee records.
- Oversee onboarding activities and ensure compliance with statutory and tax laws.
- Supervise annual physical exam (APE) and executive check-up (ECU) clinic processes.
- Ensure full compliance with internal and external audit, statutory, and governance requirements.
- Lead workload management and process discipline within the team.
- Apply Lean/DMAIC methodologies to eliminate rework and improve efficiency.
3. Strategic & Operational Total Rewards Support
- Translate Total Rewards strategy into actionable playbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support compensation benchmarking and market survey participation.
- Partner with the Total Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE) during annual compensation review and benefits renewal cycles.
- Assist in policy updates, pay structure reviews, and cost simulations.
- Co-develop analytics dashboards in partnership with the HR Platform and Analytics team.
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy and alignment with SLAs to support monthly analytics and reporting.
4. People Leadership & Capability Building
- Coach and mentor fulfillment generalists in analytics and vendor management.
- Build team capability in tools such as SuccessFactors EC, JIRA, Excel modeling, and analytics dashboards.
- Lead upskilling initiatives for Tier 2 HR generalists on Total Rewards fundamentals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence within the team.
