We are  seeking a skilled Customer Chat Support (Non/Voice) to join our team in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through digital channels, ensuring our clients' needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via chat, email, and other digital channels
  • Troubleshooting and resolving a variety of customer issues in a friendly and empathetic manner
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
  • Adhering to established standards, policies, and procedures to deliver a consistently high level of service

What we're looking for

  • HS/SHS Grad + with working experience (maybe formal, OJT) With 6 months customer service experience
