Job description:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers
  • Disseminate brochures, flyers, freebies etc.
  • Build customer relationships by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest purchase options and invite them to upcoming events or ongoing promotions.
  • Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
  • Product presentation by using interactive materials like video and actual demo unit. Increasing in store sales.
  • Submit an accurate monthly sales report, daily inventory and stock request.
  • Reports to their immediate superior regarding the upcoming and on-going promotions of the competitor.
  • Arrange product to look tidy and attractive to customers.
  • Performs related tasks that may be required from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Senior High School-College Level
  • Must have a relevant experience as Sales Associate in retail Industry
  • With good customer service Skills
  • Must be amenable to work in JBL Limketkai Mall

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php461.00 per day
