About the role

As a Customer Service Retail Voice Seasonal agent at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions', you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This full-time, seasonal position is based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound customer calls and resolving queries effectively and efficiently
  2. Providing accurate information and tailored solutions to meet customer needs
  3. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while delivering high-quality service
  4. Documenting customer interactions and following up on any outstanding issues
  5. Collaborating with team members to share best practices and continuously improve customer service

What we're looking for

  1. AT LEAST HS/SHS GRAD/ COLLEGE; WITH OR WITHOUT WORK EXPERIENCE are welcome to apply
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in English and the local language (Tagalog)
  5. Prior experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities
  7. A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
