Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets through market research, networking, and prospecting activities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and needs assessment to solution presentation, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new prospects and existing enterprise accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, and marketing) to deliver customized IT solutions tailored to client needs
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to IT systems integration and services

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 3–5 years of successful experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the IT services or systems integration industry
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and data protection solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with decision-makers at all levels
