JOB DESCRIPTION

Brand Communications

  • Lead and manage the marketing function for the region.
  • Develop short and long term plans that drive brand development and sales growth
  • Lead successful implementation of all marketing functions including channels in digital, media, print and all venue communications to the public.
  • Ensure brand integrity and identity are managed and represented through each and every expression and touch point connected to sales and marketing activities in accordance with the brand guidelines and support materials provided by SuperPark HQ

  • Lead and organize the sales and marketing team to ensure they are clear on their objectives and work plans and support them to achieve success, in accordance with the brand guidelines from SuperPark HQ
  • Visible, collaborative, team-focused leadership
  • For both the wider business and direct reports, led by example through living the SuperPark values on a daily basis and encourage all team members to do the same.
  • Positively influence and maintain the SuperPark culture through direct and indirect action as needed.
  • Take every opportunity to promote the SuperPark Values and Culture both internally and externally
  • Contribute significantly to the overall strategic leadership and decision making at the senior management team level.

Drive Execution

  • Plan and execute all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
  • Implement robust systems and processes particularly with regards to planning, organizing and execution of core functions.
  • Manage the marketing costs and associated expenditure budgets and set appropriate re-allocation throughout the year as activities and priorities change.
  • Manage external agencies in executing Sales and Marketing initiatives.
  • Event planning and management and coordination with the Park Operation
  • Competitor and customer insights analysis.

Customer Experience

  • Own customer engagement at all levels-pre-visit, on site and after SuperPark
  • Digital and non-digital activation

Sales

  • Lead the group sales including corporate and birthday sales to achieve KPIs.
  • Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales.
  • Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and accounts and monitor and adapt sales activities so that these objectives are met
  • Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.

Advertising & Promotion

  • Develop annual marketing budget and communications plan
  • Develop and manage external supplier relationships (digital, design, PR, printing and production etc.)
  • Establish and managing Ambassadors and Affiliates
  • Manage collateral design and production including posters, flyers, In-venue signage and display etc., as well as sell kits and materials.

Digital & Social Media

  • Supervise the Digital Marketing Executive to drive digital strategy and execution including:

  • Social media usage and performance

  • Digital performance media strategy

CRM

  • Develop CRM functions such as customer research and segmentation etc. and to increase customer engagement, loyalty and retention and increase repeat visitation.
